Summary: Beautiful property, very light and sunny room in a great location! Very friendly and accommodating staff. One caveat, there is a roof top bar that was active well into the night on Saturday night. Would recommend bringing this the attention oft guests when they arrive in case they would prefer a quieter room even if it compromises the view.

Summary: My experience here was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My room was quiet and a nice view. My only negative thing would be valet parking was a hassle.

Summary: The hotel is in a great location. It’s close to a variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket. They have a rooftop experience that kept the people coming in. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Besides the security lock being defective and some mold on the shower curtain, this was a great stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful celebration trip to DC, and the AC team truly made it special and memorable from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly—it set the tone for the entire stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities we could possibly need. It felt like every detail was taken into consideration to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. A special shoutout to Brian and Nathan, who are absolute standouts and a credit to the AC team. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt completely at home. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness really elevated our experience. The gym was also a great bonus—clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a quick workout while traveling. Thank you to the whole AC team for helping make our trip to DC so enjoyable.

Summary: Amazing location and a good option in DC, but there’s room to improve. We liked the room’s size, the comfy beds and the large bathroom, but there’s just a small closet — which is little space for two or three people. Also, during our night in the 4th of July there was a party, drunk people and discussions on the 9th floor up to 3am… even after complaints, nothing changed! In the following morning other guests were really mad about it.

Summary: Great option for the convention centre, being less than 5 mins walk away. Some nice eateries and a CVS also very conveniently close by. Had a corner room which was very comfortable, spacious, modern and surprisingly quiet. The floor to ceiling windows made it lovely and bright. Housekeeping was excellent as were any of the team I spoke with the reception desk. A colleague I was traveling with did try the breakfast and said they didn't feel it was worth the price however with decent options close by I'd recommend trying outside the hotel anyway (great bagels next door). A slight note of caution - Ciel on the penthouse level is a bar who are a separate business to the hotel but you have to enter via the hotel lobby and who use the hotel elevators to get up and down. It's great that it's popular however it did cause noise issues for travel companions on higher levels due to music/balcony noise. My own room was on the third floor and I also got some noise from party goers leaving via the hotel lobby and staying outside the hotel doors talking, shouting, etc as you do when leaving a bar. I'd stay again if I needed to visit town for a convention but would try for a room on a floor 5 through 8.
